Description

Brazed plate heat exchanger is a series of metal plates with a certain corrugated shape stacked after brazing processed into a variety of plates to form a thin rectangular channel between the plates, through the plates for heat exchange. The heat exchanger consists of thin metal plates stamped into a corrugated shape. Fluid flows through the channels between the plates through the carefully arranged corners and edges of the interfaces, and the cold and hot media always flow in the opposite direction in the adjacent channels for heat exchange. Due to the welded edges of the plates, the medium does not flow out of the unit. The contact points of the brazed plate heat exchanger plates are also welded in order to withstand the pressure of the medium.


Brazed plate heat exchanger advantages


1. Durable, high corrosion resistance. The use of SUS316 material plate by copper welding or nickel welding and become. Provide a variety of fluids with high corrosion resistance.
