What are the replacement standards for gaskets?
When used below 70 ° C, the average life of the gasket is 5-7 years. Therefore, it is recommended to prepare spare parts after about 5 years of use
Question 2:
What countermeasures should be taken when a leak occurs
1) If the leakage is caused by the aging and wear of the gasket, as an emergency measure, it can be solved by additional tightening (within the tightening size marked on the machine label). If leakage continues after additional tightening, the gasket must be replaced.2) If the leakage is caused by cracks in the heat conduction plate, as an emergency measure, the cracked and hot plate can be temporarily repaired by drawing it together with any heat conduction plate in front or behind.
3) The plate heat exchanger can be replaced on the spot at the installation site.
Question 3:
What is the method of disassembling and cleaning the heat conducting plate?
When the capacity is reduced, please clean the surface of the heat conduction plate.The temperature and pressure loss can be used to detect the decrease in capacity. Please determine the interval according to the usage status. There are the following two cleaning methods.1) Scrubbing and cleaning method
Scrub with water under the tap.
2) Jet cleaning method
