Did you notice the precautions during the installation of the heat exchanger? Remember to avoid it.

1. When bonding the gasket to the gasket groove, make sure there is no debris such as sand, oil stains, iron filings and flux on the gasket and the gasket groove of the plate, so as not to damage the seal and cause leakage.
2. When tightening the bolts, the force should be even, and the distance between the two compression plates should be continuously measured to ensure that the parallelism deviation between the two compression plates is not greater than 3mm. Clamp to the specified size and achieve the corresponding parallelism to avoid gasket pressure Deviation or sliding out of the gasket groove. At the same time, make a close inspection while clamping, and observe whether there is a phenomenon such as a misalignment of gaskets and plates.
3. The liquid used in the hydraulic test is generally water. The water temperature should not be lower than 5°C. The pressure should be increased slowly during the test. After the test is completed, loosen the compression nut properly, let out the accumulated water, and then tighten the nut again, clamp to the original size, and wait for use.
4. There should be a certain maintenance space around the heat exchanger, its size is related to the size of the plate.
5. The clamping bolt should be coated with butter, and a protective tube should be put on when possible to avoid rust and damage to the thread.
6. If the maximum pressure at the outlet of the pump is greater than the maximum operating pressure of the equipment, a pressure relief valve and a safety valve must be installed at the inlet of the equipment.

7. When the equipment is filled with liquid and under pressure, clamping nuts is not allowed.
