How does a plate heat exchanger work? Let's explore together.
After the low-temperature water (secondary return water) flowing through the user's heat sink is decontaminated by the filter, it is pressurized by the circulation pump into the heat exchanger, absorbs the heat released by the primary heat medium, and reaches the set temperature of the water supply, and then flows to the heating pipe The network provides heating for users. The heat source flows through the primary heating network (primary water) through the filter, the regulating valve, and enters the heat exchanger to release heat (secondary water). The heat medium returns to the heat source (secondary return water) after being heated and participates in the circulation heat exchange again. The make-up water pump performs constant-pressure make-up water to the secondary circulating water system according to the system operation.
Selection points and principles
1. Flow rate and value:①the flow rate of the heat exchange pipe network: refers to the inlet and outlet pipes, see the flow rate table.
②the flow rate of the main pipe of the unit: when the pipe diameter ≦ 80, select 1m / s, when the pipe diameter ≧ 100, see the flow rate table.
③Angle hole flow velocity: the maximum is 6m / s (four inlets and outlets).
④Flow velocity between plates: 0.4 ~ 0.8m / s (L-type 0.8, M-type 0.6, H-type 0.4).
2. Heat exchange area: refers to the area of the heat exchanger, the area of the single board * the number of heat exchange pieces (the total number of pieces minus two)
①Calculation of heat exchange area:
Heat exchange area = heat exchange amount / heat exchange coefficient / log average temperature difference / fouling coefficient
②Calculation of heat exchange:
Heat exchange amount = building area * heating heat index (ie heat load, see index table)
