And because the suspended solids are deposited on the surface of the heat exchanger, secondary scaling is caused, which greatly reduces the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger.
2. Impurities enter the pipe network and cause blockage, which is generally caused by some operations during the construction process.
3. The inner wall of the pipeline is rusted, causing blockage, especially during the outage period, which will increase the speed of rust formation, so cleaning during the outage period is very important.
Generally, the cleaning methods used in plate heat exchangers are pickling, mechanical, high-pressure water and other methods. However, this type of cleaning method will cause damage to the equipment itself, and even lead to the scrapping of the equipment.
