Due to the poor thermal conductivity of scale, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is reduced and the heat energy is wasted.

The heat exchanger was not cleaned in time, and the water at the outlet was not completely filtered by the scale, and was directly provided to the user. General domestic hot water units are basically used for bathing. If the unfiltered water is in contact with the skin for a long time, it will produce bad results for the body and affect the health of the person.

To prevent scaling of the plate heat exchanger, the water quality must be strictly controlled during operation, and only after being qualified can it be injected into the pipe network.
