Factory installation of plate heat exchanger

The newly-purchased plate heat exchanger has been installed as a whole, and the factory has been tested for the performance of the heat exchanger, so it should not be disassembled unless it is necessary. The disassembly and reinstallation of the plate heat exchanger is a very meticulous work, which requires experienced personnel to install certain rules, and the heat exchanger after leaving the factory can be directly installed and used.
1. Basic
The installation basis for the production of heat exchangers is mainly for the horizontal installation of the heat exchangers and to facilitate the connection of piping and to facilitate future repairs and maintenance of the heat exchangers. Therefore, the production of the foundation is considered in accordance with the site conditions. When the plate heat exchanger leaves the factory, three feet are configured on the heat exchanger, and an installation dimension drawing is prepared for the user when packing the box. The user can make embedded parts based on the food and the installation dimension drawing. Tighten the anchor bolts during installation to prevent vibration from affecting the performance of the heat exchanger and causing damage during startup. During installation, no external force is allowed to be applied to the heat exchanger, so as not to deform the heat exchanger and affect normal operation.
2. Piping connection
When connecting the piping, the user should first pay attention to the connection position of the hot side and cold side inlet and outlet piping. When designing and selecting heat exchangers, the design parameter table should indicate "process is 1" interface direction, S1 is hot For the medium inlet, S2 is the heat medium outlet, S3 is the cold medium inlet, and S4 is the cold medium outlet. The installer must confirm the function of each piping before connecting the piping. Before piping is connected, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is any hard debris in the flow channel, so as not to block the flow channel or reduce the heat exchange efficiency during operation. The installation method of the pump is divided into rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation. (Depends on the customer's specific situation)
3. Pipeline cleaning
Before installing the plate heat exchanger, all pipelines need to be cleaned to prevent blockage.
4. Welding
When installing and welding the connecting pipeline of the plate heat exchanger, the electric welding ground wire should be laid on the welding place.
