How to clean the plate heat exchanger?

Plate heat exchangers are easily clogged after scaling, resulting in a reduction in heat exchange efficiency. In severe cases, it will also block the boardwalk and directly affect the use of the equipment.
2. According to the volume of the plate heat exchanger pipe, prepare a container containing a cleaning agent. The inner surface of the container needs a clean non-oxidized layer or a container using non-metallic materials;
3. Prepare the industrial centrifugal pump for circulation, and prepare the connection pipeline between the pump and the heat exchanger and the container, and flange connection if necessary;
4. Determine whether the detergent stock solution needs to be diluted according to the site conditions, and the dilution ratio depends on the situation.
5. Pour a sufficient amount of cleaning agent into the container and connect the pipeline, open the switch to perform the closed circuit cleaning of the plate heat exchanger;
6. As the detergent chemically reacts with scale during the cyclic cleaning process, significant soluble scale impurities and foam can be found in the solution tank.
After cleaning the plate heat exchanger for a period of time, the inlet and outlet of the circulation pipe are replaced by reverse circulation cleaning. During the cleaning process, the solution should be tested at any time to keep the concentration of the solution within the effective range. When the concentration of the solution remains unchanged for a long time, wash and replace the container with clean water. The scale and other impurities remaining in the equipment should be cleaned. The cleaning process also needs to change in and out. The orifice pipeline should be flushed repeatedly.
