Problem:
The plate heat exchanger has leakage (small amount, water droplets are not continuous) and leakage (large amount, water droplets are continuous). The primary parts of external leakage are the seal between the plate and the plate, the position where the plate seals the leakage groove, and the inner side of the end plate and the compression plate.
The reason:
The clamping scale is not in place, the scale across the ground is not uniform (the ground scale error should not be greater than 3 mm), or the clamping bolt is loose. Part of the gasket is separated from the sealing groove, the main sealing surface of the gasket is dirty, the gasket is damaged or the gasket is aging. The plate is deformed, and the misalignment causes the running mat.
Solution:
In the state of no pressure, clamp the equipment from the beginning according to the clamping scale supplied by the manufacturer. The scale should be uniform and common. The error of the compression scale should not exceed ± 0.2N (mm) (N. is the total number of plates) The parallelism should be kept within 2 mm.
