In some products, in order to solve the dripping phenomenon caused by the aging of the sealing gasket, it is allowed to adjust the sealing performance of the heat exchanger, that is, tighten the bolts of the combined plate heat exchanger again to adjust the elastic sealing gasket between each heat exchanger The pressing force can solve the dripping problem. Generally, the maximum and minimum allowable stress are given on the nameplate of the heat exchanger with this function. For new heat exchanger fins, the minimum allowable stress should be used for connection and fixing. Depending on the number of heat exchanger plates in each group, the tightening force of the heat exchanger can be adjusted one or more times. When tightening each time, the nut can be screwed in by 3mm, and always pay attention to the stress of the adjusting plate during the tightening process, and , It is only allowed to adjust the tightening force of heat exchangers without working pressure at room temperature to prevent dripping.

Plate heat exchanger gaskets can be divided into 3 types according to the installation method on the heat exchange plates:
(1) Direct sticking type, that is, after applying sealant on the sealing gasket, stick it directly into the installation groove of the heat exchange plate.
(2) The rubber nail inlay type, that is, the heat exchange plate is designed with assembly holes, and the rubber nails are designed on the side of the sealing gasket. After the sealing gasket is put into the installation groove, the rubber nails are embedded in the assembly hole.
(3) The buckle type is to design a buckle on the side of the gasket, and use the buckle to buckle the gasket on the heat exchange plate.
For the above three methods, the adhesive gasket has a simple structure and is the easiest to process, but it is relatively troublesome to install and disassemble. Inlaid and snap-mounted gaskets have complex structures and are more troublesome to process, but they are relatively easy to install and disassemble. Plate heat exchanger gaskets are divided into symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes according to the product's cross-sectional shape. Symmetrical shapes are generally used for diagonal flow plates. The upper and lower sealing surfaces are flat, symmetrical along the horizontal plane, and can be installed positively and negatively. The asymmetrical ground is a flat surface, and the upper sealing surface can be a flat surface, a curved surface, an inclined surface, etc.
