1. Flushing: Before pickling, first flush the plate heat exchanger so that there are no impurities inside the heat exchanger. There are two kinds of flushing methods: the first is countercurrent flushing, which is generally used during exercise or when stopping for a short time, without disassembling the device. This method is more effective when the scaling is not serious. The second is a high-pressure water gun flushing method. Different rotary water nozzles are used for different plate heat exchangers, and the pressure can be adjusted freely. The use of high-pressure water to remove dirt is applicable to the tube, the tube and the shell. High-pressure water gun flushing effect is better.2. pour the cleaning solution into the cleaning equipment, and then pour it into the heat exchanger.
3. Pickling: statically soak the heat exchanger filled with acid solution, and then continuously and dynamically circulate. Alternately, the cleaning is performed in the positive and negative directions at intervals. After pickling, if the pH value of the acid solution is greater than 2, the acid solution can be reused. Otherwise, the acid solution should be diluted and neutralized and then discharged. The carbonate scale was pickled.
4. Alkali washing: After the acid washing is finished, prepare with sodium hydroxide, sodium, sodium hydroxide, demineralized water according to proportions, and use a dynamic circulation method to perform alkali washing on the heat exchanger to achieve acid-base neutralization and make the plate heat exchanger Plates no longer corrode. Sulfate and silicate scale can also be washed with alkali.
5. Water washing: After alkaline washing, use clean and softened water. Repeat the flushing to thoroughly flush out the residue in the heat exchanger.
