2Reasonable indoor placement
A certain amount of noise is generated when the plate heat exchanger is in operation. Therefore, the plate heat exchanger is generally arranged in places with low noise requirements, such as kitchens and bathrooms. Secondly, the plate heat exchanger needs to be connected to the fresh air duct, so a little more space should be reserved for the connection. In addition, some problems will inevitably occur during the use of the equipment and need to be overhauled, and the location with the wall should be reasonable.
3. Pay attention to takeover
In order to protect the plate heat exchanger, generally the plate heat exchanger should not be in direct contact with the fresh air pipe, lest the weight of the pipe is directly pressed on the plate heat exchanger, which is not good for the machine, usually in the part where the fresh air pipe is connected to the host Keep a certain gap and fill it with tape. At the same time, determine the direction of the host and know the signs of the air inlet and outlet to prevent the fresh air duct and the return air duct from being installed reversely.
Plate heat exchanger equipment has the characteristics of good heat exchange, small heat loss, small footprint, and long service time. Then, what problems should be paid attention to before the operation of the plate heat exchanger?
1. Before operating the heat exchange equipment, check whether all the pipes are loose or not, and the working pressure and temperature during work will not exceed the values allowed on the manufacturing label.
2. Before starting the pump, all valves and vent valves of the heat exchanger should be opened, and the inlet valve of the heat exchanger should be closed.
3. After starting the pump, slowly open the outlet valve of the pump to make the pressure rise slowly. The inlet valves of the two media entering the heat exchanger should be opened at the same time, or the low-pressure side medium should be slowly injected first, and then the high-pressure measuring medium should be slowly injected . This can reduce the problem of unilateral overpressure.
