Prevent scale and solid impurities

The added amount of scale corrosion inhibitor is regularly checked and tested to avoid scaling caused by insufficient addition or waste or corrosion caused by excessive addition.

Anti-corrosion and cleaning

If the chloride ion content in the water exceeds 200ppm, ordinary stainless steel plates should not be used when selecting heat exchangers. A series of measures can be taken to reduce the chloride ion content in the medium and keep it within a safe concentration range. For central heating systems, this method is costly and troublesome to manage. Generally, systems that use more stainless steel heat exchangers should control the chloride ion content below 300mg/L, or strictly below 50mg/L. Caustic soda can be added evenly during the operation of the heating system to increase the pH of the circulating water. The pH value is controlled at a stable level, so that after treatment, the effect of scale and corrosion inhibitor is also better. Clean the heat exchanger correctly and determine the cleaning method. For stainless steel materials, nitric acid is generally used as the cleaning agent, and hydrochloric acid cannot be used. During the cleaning process, minimize the cleaning time and immersion time, less than 2h. The corrosion rate and scale inhibition rate of the cleaning mother liquor are tested to avoid corrosion of the heat exchanger; no matter which cleaning fluid is used, it must be rinsed with clean water after cleaning to clean up the remaining cleaning fluid to avoid secondary corrosion.
