Structure design of plate heat exchanger

(1) According to the maximum working temperature and maximum working pressure, as well as thermal design and resistance calculation results, determine the materials and dimensions of each part to ensure the performance of the plate heat exchanger during stable operation.
(2) According to the working temperature, pressure and fluid properties, choose the welding method and sealing material.
(3) With the goal of ensuring the uniformity of fluid distribution, the design of the head, header, pipe, and partitions must be carried out.
(4) In order to meet the structural design of thermal and resistance performance, the strength of the main components must be checked to avoid damage due to insufficient strength under extreme working conditions or waste due to excessive thickness selection.
(5) The maintenance (including cleaning, repair and maintenance, etc.) and transportation requirements of the plate heat exchanger should be considered.

1. For the instrument joint on the plate heat exchanger unit, the depth of the internal thread plus the depth of the undercut should be less than 10mm.

3. The nameplate of each main valve should be protected with butter before painting.
4. In order to prevent nuts and bolts from falling during transportation, rubber gaskets should be added to the corresponding flanges of all pipe ports connected to the pipe network and tightened.
The power distribution cabinet should also be wrapped tightly to prevent damage caused by water splashing, other packaging materials should be used to protect the pipeline part, and the instrument should also be packaged and protected.
