Flow principle of brazed plate heat exchanger

YOJO has developed and launched brazed plate heat exchangers. The brazed plate heat exchangers used in cold storage follow the following basic flow principles:
Use parallel flow or diagonal flow to complete the heat exchange process. In the single-pass design, all connections are located on one side of the heat exchanger, which is easy to install.

Principle of flow direction of evaporator:

A pipe is formed between the corrugated plate and the corner, so that the two media can flow in the alternating pipe and keep the opposite direction (reverse flow). The two-phase coolant (steam + fluid) is fed from the lower left part of the heat exchanger, and its steam quality depends on the operating environment of the plant. Liquid phase evaporation is carried out in the pipeline, and this process will produce overheating as required. Therefore, this process is called "dry expansion".
In the evaporator, the dark blue and light blue arrows show the location of the coolant connector. The water to be cooled (brine) flows in the opposite direction in the pipe on the opposite side; the dark red and light red arrows indicate the connection position of the water (brine).

The flow direction principle of the condenser:

The main components are the same as the evaporator. The coolant used as hot gas is fed in from the upper left part of the brazed plate heat exchanger, and begins to condense on the pipe surface until it is completely condensed, and then slightly supercooled. This process is called "free condensation".

During condensation, the light blue and dark blue arrows show the location of the brine connection. The coolant flows in opposite directions in the pipe on the opposite side and is cooled. The light red and dark red arrows indicate the location of the coolant connector.
