The plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger which is a stack of heat exchanger plates with a certain corrugated shape. Compared with conventional shell and tube heat exchangers,Under the same flow resistance and pump power consumption, the heat transfer coefficient is much higher, and there is a tendency to replace the shell and tube heat exchanger in the applicable range.
The plate heat exchanger consists of gaskets, compression plates (movable end plates, fixed end plates) and frames (upper and lower guide rods, front pillars). The plates are sealed and guided by a gasket to separate them. The cold / hot two fluid channels, the cold / hot heat exchange medium flows through the respective channels respectively, and the heat is exchanged with the separated plates to reach the temperature required by the user. Thin rectangular channels are formed between the various plates, and heat is exchanged through half of the plates. The working fluid flows through the narrow and tortuous channels formed between the two plates. The hot and cold fluids pass through the flow channel in turn, and there is an interlayer plate in the middle to separate the fluid, and heat is exchanged through this plate.There are openings at the four corners of each plate. After being assembled into a plate bundle, a fluid distribution tube and a collection tube are formed. After the heat exchange of the cold / hot medium, it is recycled from the respective collection tube and recycled.
