Why do plate heat exchangers need to be cleaned regularly?

1. Chemical cleaning method

2. Backwashing method
When the heat exchange effect of the plate heat exchanger drops suddenly, and the elimination of external factors and cleaning of the cold and hot medium inlet filter still cannot be solved, the heat exchanger can be cut out and used from the opposite direction of the flow channel to 1.2 to 1.5 times higher than the operating pressure The cold or hot medium is backwashed. Since the effect of backwashing method is not obvious, it is rarely used during inspection and maintenance.
